For hundreds less than a comparable Razer Blade 14, the ASUS ROG Zephryus G14 boasts a brand-new unibody aluminum chassis, a bright 120Hz OLED display, strong performance, and an abundance of connectors. It may easily double as a photo/video editing device because it even includes a built-in microSD card reader with presets for multiple color gamuts. Its powerful upfiring dual speakers also produce audio that is well above average. During our rundown test, the Zephyrus‘ battery lasted just under eight hours, demonstrating its good battery life. Furthermore, the G14 weighs nearly half a pound less than competing laptops with comparable designs.
The primary drawbacks are that its RAM is soldered in and that its GPU maxes out at an RTX 4070 rather than a 4080 like on the prior edition. However, this system must be at the top of your list if you’re looking for a truly good all-arounder that packs a lot of power into a little compact.
The ASUS ROG Zephyrus G16 is also currently available if you’re determined to have a bigger screen. Additionally, there are still solutions available to you if money is limited.
